Walk me through that in a little more detail. There's a movie with no running time, you open the editor, enter a running time, save the entry, but then the value remains blank somewhere? Definitely not a feature ![]() |

No.
There is no running time. I update from imdb but the running time remains blank. However if I search for the same movie it returns all info with running time intact then I delete the old record. Also thanks again for the gcstar filter. I used it and it reduced the amount of no cast entries significantly. My dilemma is that I had added so many new movies since I first started my migration that I didn't want to start over again. So I figured I would give merge a try. I assumed that if I merged the new import with the old import that it would not create duplicates but would just add the missing data to each record. So i created a new tellico file from the imported gcstar file then I tried to merge it with the existing tellico file I have been working on (after backups of course). But each time I try, I see the import progress then tellico crashes. Any suggestions? ![]() |

Can you give me an example of an IMDB movie that does this, so I can check it?
You may be hitting a bug I also discovered while working with your file. The GCstar import has some directors listed as "," and Tellico crashes on that (poor programming on my part). I've fixed that for the next release. In the mean time, you might either change the director field so that it is not formatted as a name, or remove those director values from the file and see if that works. |
