I'd like to make a "bibliographic stamp" collected from various fields.
Is there a way to format derived field text content simply, as with <i>, <u>, <b>, etc. ? Is there a way to Copy/paste derived field content ? |

The formatting is a function of the entry template, not the value of the field itself, except for paragraph fields. So if you create a new paragraph field with a derived template using the html formatting tags, that will work.
I'm not sure what you mean. |

Thanks for your quick reply.
(...) A paragraph field is too big for what I am trying to do : I want to underline the title of the books in the collection, so that I can copy/paste the whole bibliographic stamp (author, title, editor, etc.) in a document. Instead of formating the fields in Tellico, I will make the receiving text editor format the titles, a solution I should have thought of in the first place. As for the copy/paste function, it doesn't work with right click but it works great with a ctrl+C. Excuse my mistake, I just hadn't taken the time to examine the controls. Thank you again for the quality of your work (in particular, mass editing is excellent for a quick start). I will try and catalog some more before I come back with new questions. |
