I've been using tellico for years now and upgraded to 3.0.1 when I recently moved to openSUSE tumbleweed. In a collection of books, it used to be that clicking on an author it would show all the books by that author along with small versions of the cover images in the Entry View pane but now it doesn't do that anymore. It simply shows what was last displayed in that pane, either blank if the program was just started or the details of the last single book that was selected.
Is this an intended change for the new version or is there a configuration option I missed somewhere? |

That is an intended change. I reworked some of the selection code for Tellico v3 and also changed UI such that the icon view and the detailed list view are both in the same area, such that the specific entry info is never hidden (as the previous version of Tellico did). Right-clicking on an author and selecting "Filter by Group" should do the same thing as the selection did previously. I recognize that's an added step, though. |

Thanks for the response.
You might want to change the screenshots on http://tellico-project.org/ since they specifically show the previous functionality. Also the manual at https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/extragea ... indow.html mentions the icon view if multiple entries are selected. Just as a personal vote, I prefer the previous functionality. Thanks for a great application. |

True, the screenshots are somewhat out of date. |
