Date formats in Tellico

Sun Nov 25, 2018 7:34 pm
If you enter an incomplete date in Tellico (e.g. 1980) it displays in the columns panel as "1980-01-01".
Is there any way to suppress the addition of non-existent information? If so, I can't find it. Or is this a feature request?

This is what I'm looking for:

Entered Displayed
1980 1980 or 1980-00-00
1980-01 1980-01 or 1980-01-00

Complete dates work fine.

Thanks for any help.

There isn't an option to suppress it. The easiest workaround might be to just change the field type to "Text" instead of "Date".
