I did my best to search the forum about a match but I didn't succeed finding one, so I posted a new topic.
Also note that I use Ubuntu 12.04 and via the S-center there was only the stable version 2.4.0 available, so things may have progressed with time. I think the ability to use all the features in every program very comfortable since one do not have to open multiple programs and copy-paste items. A concrete example is that I hope this will include the colour settings in flow which I use much, and would like to more as a meta-program for my projects. Another thing is that I haven't figured out how to change colours in 32bit float as they are only editable in the lesser 8bit-per-channel RGB format. I can only see the values in 32 float if I sample a colour. Please reply if you can |

32 bit color doesn't make sense in Flow. Qt can't make use of that directly, the fileformat doesn't support it and it's basically overkill for an office application.

I am sad to hear this, and I strongly disagree with that it would be overkill. Of course are the technical limitations a primary problem. But maybe in a while when formats and the framework has advanced so much that 32-bit is (relatively) easy to implement, then I really hope you do this which would make this suite more high-profile and universal for most types of design and flowcharts. It would also help me with my work and make it easier. Regards, Morris B. |
