I would like to add automatic page number to every page BUT first. I don't want it to show there.
I've looked through the menus but can't seem to find an option for that.
Am I missing something or is this feature missing?

Well there isn't a specific option for it no, but what you need to do is make sure that the pages have different pagestyles and only then (by hand) remove the pagenumber on the first page. You can accomplish several pagestyles with the tab "Page layout", and inserting a pagebreak, and then assigning the different pagestyles before and after the pagebreak.
