Function: Save as

includes only *.odt

a. where are the default templates «letter», «professional letter» to find in the fresh installed system? how to change the font size and standard font for all documents?

b. how to save as new templates?

c. how to save new templates with divers predefined specific fields with each own font and font size definition (head and food lines, address field in top etc. to bring the divers own documents in the usual old form again? it is a usual care for all people using a new text processing system!

d. how to bring out:
d1. system date
d2. system hour
d3. page number
in a document?

b) thank you! it is an error in the French translation: «template ODT» instead «template OTT»! it's ok!

(I will try to manipulate the OTT-file with LibreOffice from a live-CD version, as I don't know and understand how to do it in Calligra itself... and use the adapted new version in Calligra !)

a) I did find the indicated subdir

it contains a next subdir named /usr/share/apps/words/templates/Normal.

I did find 8 files in it, but nothing with the format *.ott:

A4 desktop
ColorfulA4.desktop
ColorfulLetter.desktop
.directory
FaxA4.desktop
FaxLetter.desktop
ProfessionalA4.desktop
ProfessionalLetter.desktop

and a next subdir named .source with 7 files with the same names but with the ending *.odt (not *.ott) instead of *.desktop.

what is to do, if I will add new templates with MY individual settings (my name, address, phone, etc., page number, field for 2 partner addresses, so destination at the place of the transparent window of normal letter covers and head office at the size, etc.) and wish that they are appearing in the selections menu where «empty letter» «colorfull document» «fax» etc are appearing (I will NOT use those stereotypic templates but my own, but I don't want to erase them, of course!)

c) oh, I see that my French version of Calligra checks the English writing! Beautiful! But I am afraid, it will probably not check the French one ... (and as live in Germany, I need the German checking as it is not my mother tongue more that the French). what is to do to add both?
