Delete header and/or footer

I'm using Calligra Word and I'm wondering if it is possible to remove the header and footer. Somehow, I can't find the option to do that...

I am a newbie to Calligra Words,
but I went to Custom Document and just started from scratch with no header or footer
for my first documents.
