Is there a similar thing in Words 2.5.5 - like Braindump has?
You know; "add whiteboard below / above current" and "add whiteboard as child of current." I know it probably has, but I can't figure it. Thanks. |

Pretty sure it hasn't - and I don't even know what it does in braindump

You can use Braindump as a very crude note taker / idea logger, tracker with 'Whiteboard as Child'.
Name your main whiteboard 'Main Idea' and add a Child and title it: 'idea spin off 1' ...and again - 'idea spin off 2' ...and again - 'idea spin off 3' etc. You can tab between each Child quickly using the 'tree structure' on the right, "Braindump Whiteboards". It's quite a useful visual aid being able to tab between ideas. It struck me that Words seems the more appropriate place for something like that when it comes to the 'note taking' element of an office suite. Words seems a lot more traditional to use and has very similar functionality to Braindump using shapes, etc. Plus, Braindump has no clear direction at the moment. |
