Calligra Plan - scheduler doesn't take reality into account

Hi there!

I have a nasty problem with the scheduler. I'm using Calligra 2.5.5
I had input some tasks, assigned resources, callendars, set time constraints. But I did not followed the schedule exactly.
That is I started (and finished) some tasks earlier that what the scheduler had computed.

I would expect the scheduler to take this information into account - to update all other tasks (especially tasks that depend
on those "out of the plan" tasks) and their start / finish times. Instead I have a task (let's call it A) that depends on
some other tasks (B, C), such that those other tasks have to be completed before A (so we have B->A, C->A), and
on the gantt chart I see that the start time of task my task A is before real start and end times of tasks B and C.

This image shows the problem.

Is there any way to force the scheduler to take into account real start and finish times when computing the times
for all other tasks?

Thanks in advance!

OK, I've changed time constraints from "Must start on" to "As soon as possible".
Constraints errors are now gone.

However scheduler still schedules all other tasks based on constraints and computed values, instead
of taking actual start and actual finish times as primary data.

Also, Gantt chart shows computed values, where I should rather be seeing real values (that is
when tasks started and finished for real).

Example file is under a link: Scheduling_bug.plan

Link to KDE Bugtracking System: Bug id 317022

This is weird.

I have to second this. This is the only thing keeping me from using plan. Is there a way to do this that is perhaps undocumented and not obvious?

As another example, I have a whole string of dependant tasks. For various reasons, the first task in the chain had to be pushed back by two weeks. I change the actual start date to reflect this, but the gantt charts and everthing else still use the originally intended start date. As a result, the entire gantt chart is meaningless.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
