Can you please produce output from apt-get in English?
It seems your system has a few problems though, as "pstoedit" is not installable.

I don't do Ubuntu/Mint but looking at your hits I'd ask are you mixing repos from different releases - Nadia, Quantal and Raring?

Also, does apt-get give any details if you try to install "pstoedit" itself? It definitely looks like you have a mixture of incompatible repositories.

subsequently I downloaded pstoedit_3.60-2build1_amd64.deb from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/quantal/+s ... 60-2build1 and tried to install the deb file, which complained that it needs libpstoedit0c2a BTW here is the list of my PPAs
Now I clarify that my aim is to have the last Kexi on my computer. Perhaps it would be easier if I switch my system to Kubuntu ? |

libpstoedit0c2a is available in Ubuntu Quantal & Raring repos, but for Mint only Isadora and Lisa
I would guess that if you want to use the Neon repos you are better off using Kubuntu, have you looked to see if Mint has equivalent up to date Caligra repos's? |

I added the 2 herebelow PPAs
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/neon/ppa/ubuntu/ raring main deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/neon/ppa/ubuntu/ raring main and since then Kexi runs fine |
