Calligra Words Scripting

Sun Jul 21, 2013 5:03 am
Hello everyone!

I've spent several hours combing through everything I could find regarding scripting/plugins for Calligra Words. The old KOffice/KWord documentation on the KDE wiki presents both a very flexible and very powerful scripting API. I can't wait to contribute, in any small way.

However, I'm having trouble finding documentation on any of the following:

[*]How do I install a script for Words to use?
[*]Is there a webhost or repository of scripts people have already made that I can download and install for use in my own Calligra installation? My Linux Mint installation of Calligra from the Ubuntu repo doesn't seem to have come with any pre-installed scripts.
[*]Is there more up-to-date API documentation for Words? (As opposed to just KWords?)

The KWords Scripting Handbook is 404 file not found. Many other wiki links regarding scripting are dead as well. If anyone can give me a leg up so I can get started, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

I've just seen bunch of scripts at https://projects.kde.org/projects/calli ... ng/scripts , but I don't know how operational they are. If those work, it's really great since Calligra has easier scripting API than OpenOffice.
