Has anyone else noticed this? Bullet templates don't actually apply bullets to the text -- instead, one must manually apply them. Similarly, the template for a section title slide -- with a single gray bar in the icon -- doesn't actually create a slide like this.

I found KDE bug 292019, which reports the no-bullet problem back in January 2012. There's been no activity on the bug.
