I've designed a spreadsheet using Sheets in which I want the page layout to use A4 paper and no headings for each sheet. I change the settings to reflect this for each sheet and save after each change. However, when I re-open these sheets, the page layout has reverted to US letter and print headings.

How can I make my settings default for all my spreadsheets?
