I was wondering if someone can explain in very simple language how to change the default font in Words, if there is such a thing, perhaps there isn't. There are some posts from a few years ago but I cannot find the settings files which were mentioned then. I am trying to stop Words changing font whenever I start a new paragraph. Well, to be correct, it retains the font in the new paragraph, but a bit later it makes all the gaps between the paragraphs go back to the original default font, rather than the one I wanted.
Also, with the FreeSans font, when I save the document as a pdf, the zeros have a blob across the top. Thanks for your help. |

Sorry, I managed to sort this with the Style Manager. Works well, I think, but blobs on the zeros in the pdf are, of course, still there!

Hi Bat, could you attach a screenshot or the PDF with the blobs on http://bugs.kde.org since attaching is possible there, not on the forums.
