How is it possible to remove the general docker from sheets. It takes valuable space from the screen and has no cross in its title bar. Also didn't find a clue in the settings.

It's not possibly sorry. Why do you want it removed - then maybe we can come up with something short of removing it

Well general Docker is useful, but it takes a lots of valuable space on the screen, and we cannot view the full sheet.
If possible, we may fix the docker as the MS Office top Ribbon. That way it would be standerdized with all the prominent office suite.

Horizontal screen space is more important on spreadsheets where you may have a report which spans or exceeds the width of widescreen monitors.
Being able to hide the side panel/dockers in sheets would allow you to see more columns on such reports at a time.
