Hello,
I spent quite some time now searching how to install Calligra in general, and more specifically Calligra Plan on Windows: https://www.calligra.org/plan/ has a nice description, but no download. https://www.calligra.org/get-calligra/ Show a list of platforms, I selected Ms Windows. https://userbase.kde.org/Calligra/Download#MS_Windows Show several installers, I selected 64bits http://download.kde.org/stable/calligra ... mirrorlist http://download.kde.org/stable/calligra ... .9.6.0.msi Show some content, I pressed the "Download file" After installing, I got Calligra Gemini which only includes Word and Presentation. Where are Kexi, Plan, Flow, etc..? Kind regards, Adrian Notes: Yes, I also prefer Linux, but at work I do not decide. |

If the question is about all Calligra apps, the answer for this question is affected by the following:
- Kexi and Krita releases are separated from Calligra, Krita is even outside of Calligra now - Krita has fresh releases for Windows on krita.org - Kexi will have fresh releases too - Calligra 2.x series are done, there won't be updates - Calligra 3.x release in in progress, it's not yet released even on Linux - As always, to have the freshest software you need to build it or ask/hire someone that will be doing that unpleasant work for you (and possibly for the community) |

Thanks for your answer. However, I am still not sure:
How do I install Calligra Plan on Windows? Is the Calligra Gemini installer 2.9 the correct way? Then, why is Plan missing? If not, what is the correct installer? I am required to build the software, even for any <3.0 version? I do not require any "Fresh" software, but it seem strange to me to read "Supported on Windows" and not having any installer for any version. What am I missing? |

Calligra Gemini is primarily intended for convertibles and only consists of Words and Stage and mobile interfaces for these.
On the pages you mentioned it says that Windows support is only preliminary, and that there are no binary packages for the other apps. So I would guess that unfortunately there is no official Windows-installer for plan at the moment. |

So if I'm a Windows user, and am not expert at rebuilding software from source, how do I install and run Plan? Or is the truth that I can't?
Thanks - Rowan |

For the record, for now there is no automatic build for Windows: https://build.kde.org/job/Calligra/job/calligraplan/
