Not yet - it is only available in paper format from next week - as a subscriber I get an advance view of it. Later it will be available as a PDF on the site to subscribers.
The site is http://www.linuxformat.com/ Perhaps I should add that it is a positive feature.

Is this the article by Andy Chanelle? He interviewed me for an article and promised a preview, but I haven't seen that yet

The PDF is only available for subscribers, I'm afraid. Unlike Linux Journal, Linux Format doesn't open their content after a given period. I've got a copy and the article is indeed pretty much correct.
