Kword had the possibility to define and use character styles, even if it was not so obvious. On Calligra 2.4 beta 5 I can see an easy way to apply character styles on the text editing panel... but cannot find a way to define them! Format → Style manager only show paragraph styles.
Will this be added on time for 2.4 or will it go on 2.5?

We hope so and are working on it currently. It's not really gone but just not accessable, and we need to write some code to make it so, which is what Pierre and Mojtaba are doing.
