Hi. I installed Calligra beta 6 from Kubuntu PPA, but there are not all the supported languages available to install. Why? Because it is only a beta? Or it is because the Kubuntu PPA team decided so? I would like to test also my language (sk). Do I have to wait for the release? I think it would be good for the users to test their own language so the translators may improve the translations.

The Calligra 2.4 Beta 6 tarball calligra-2.3.86.tar.bz2 does not contain translations.

Okay, but there are some language packs for Calligra available, for example Czech is present, Slovak is missing.

It is possible that the Calligra was not sufficiently translated into Slovak at the time the Calligra language packs were created. Unfortunately this means you will need to install kde-l10n as Blueck indicated above to test it.

I understand. I am able to install it from the source, it is just pity that other users are not able to install it just from package.

The Slovak language pack is already available, I installed it, but it seems that Calligra does not recognize it. I am unable to use it in my Calligra applications. Does anyone have the same problem?
edit: well, it seems that today's update solved it

Is it possible to use Calligra language translations also in Windows version? The locale directory contains only the placeholder directories and there is not choice to switch the language in Calligra GUI.
