customize tables

Tue Feb 28, 2012 8:38 am
Hi,

I just installed the latest beta available of calligra words (beta 7) and would like to customize the table aspect: change the border and the table width, change the border style, etc.

Can this be accomplished? It seems like I'm not able to find the table properties dialog, where is it?

Format>Cell>Border perhaps?

I could swear I have recently answered a similar question, but i'm unable to find it.

The answer is that you can't. It is not planned until 2.5
Good news is that 2.4 is going to be released in the not too distant future, and we are going to release often after that (about every 4 months)

Ty.

I'm a high school teacher and often write stuff for my students: drafts, summaries, chronological tables, etc.
The ability to customize tables is fundamental for this kind of texts, so I'll wait until 2.5 (hope you will release betas :P) before moving some of my projects to words. I'm eager to do that :)
