normal bin ich Xfce-User, ein paar Kleinigkeiten stören mich. Ich möchte mal Xfce mit KWin testen. Für die Titelleiste des Fensters und die Buttons oben rechts ist ja der Window Manager zuständig, entsptechend sieht das ganze auch sehr KDE-mäßig aus. Gibt es ein Xfce-Theme für KWin mit dem ich ein Xfce-ähnliches Aussehen hinbekomme?

You'll need an aurorae theme ( that is the "simplest" decoration, advanced stuff like breeze enhanced or classik probably won't work). Two ways to get this. In the kde system settings>appearance>window decorations> get new decorations (bottom right). If it shouldn't work that way, download some from https://store.kde.org/browse?cat=114&ord=rating. Unpack it and put in ~/.local/share/aurorae/themes ( create directory if needed). After that you'll find it in kde system settings>window decorations.
