Problem with kmplot

Thu Apr 26, 2012 4:01 pm
Hi,
my kmplot doesn't work. When I run kmplot it only gives me following text output:
Code: Select all
kmplot(3258)/kdecore (KLibrary) findLibraryInternal: plugins should not have a 'lib' prefix: "libkmplotpart.so"
kmplot(3258)/kdecore (KLibrary) findLibraryInternal: plugins should not have a 'lib' prefix: "libkmplotpart.so"
kmplot(3258)/kdecore (KLibrary) kde4Factory: The library "/usr/lib/kde4/libkmplotpart.so" does not offer a qt_plugin_instance function.

But even after few minutes I don't get any graphical output.
I have just upgraded at 4.8.1, but 4.7.4 doesn't work, too (same output). I don't really much use this software so I don't know when it stop working...

Any suggestions?

Have you verified all packages KMPlot needs installing are installed?
Have you tried launching it under a new user?

OK, I feel like idiot now. I just now tried lauch it under another user and it works. Removing ~/.kde4/share/config/kmplotrc seems enough.

Thank for your help.
