Hello, I find very limited selection of parley studying materials in the official repo. However in comparison, there is the huge list of flash card from other similar software like anki.

Do I miss sth? I mean if there are not enough materials the program itself becomes pretty useless.

I did but didn't find a good one. I just looked it up again and found one I wanted.

I'm not aware of any automated tools which can convert other applications data into the format used by Parley unfortunately. These conversions will need to be done by hand i'm afraid.
