I get this error message after installing KStars 2.9.7 on my Win10 machine. How can I fix it?

I tried on ubuntu 16.04, but there was an error with Kstars 2.9.6. Have you also tried to remove the QHY configuration files under ~/indi? If the indi panel is turned off, there's a chance that the system is considering it to be inactive.
