Using date & time on x axis in Kst data viewer

I am plotting a real-time .csv data file which has a date field and a time field in each record. Date is YYYY/MM/DD format, and Time is HH:MM:SS.

I can't figure out how to use date and time as the X axis values on my plots. Otherwise, everything works correctly using the index field for the x-axis, but that isn't what I want. All the examples show using the index for the x-axis, but that is meaningless in my time stamped data.

How do you configure Kst to use at least the time field for the x axis values?

In the Date/Time Interpretation section in Configure ASCII File, the formatted string field says to "refer to the documentation for QDateTime for details". I can't locate that documentation.

I couldn't find a section for Kst data viewer and ended up in Forum Feedback. I apologize for posting in the wrong place. There is no Kst in the app dropdown list.

Any suggestions?
Thanks,
John

Kst is part of the Education software within KDE, so I moved your question to this subforum.

As suggested on this website: https://kst-plot.kde.org/ your question might be better asked in the mailing list for KST you can find here: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kst

FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
