I recently upgraded to Kubuntu 9.04, then KDE 4.3. While using Konqueror FM, I can't find the "select all" to select all the files. Is there a way to turn this on?

crtl+a works but I assume you're looking for a right-click menu item?

Thanks, also, you can select the top item, scroll to the last item and press shift, then left click. Or hold shift while using the down arrow or page down. You are so right about alternate ways.
However, I have to deal with office workers who can only do something one way. If I never hear "That's stupid, (my old system) does it (my) way" it will be ten times too many! Sometimes the previous features can get turned off because the maintainer doesn't like the feature or forgot about it. I found that a lot of things are like this in Kubuntu. Like the URL bar is turned off in Dolphin. Heard a lot of the previous remarks from people about that, even the ones who think the keyboard is an optional device |
