I'm using KWrite on OpenSUSE 11.4, and I go to open multiple Files, but it doesn't have tabbed editing?? I like that feature of the KWrite 4.6 that's on Kubuntu, and Arch, how come it's not like that on SUSE? I looked through all settings, including Advanced, there's no option for Tabed Editing, thanks !

You're looking for Kate. KWrite is single-document only, Kate adds multi-document interface plus several other handy features.
(alternatively you can use the tabbed windows feature of Kwin to get a similar result - sort of)
