Just for info as I have already posted this on the Brainstorm forum. I've created an external Python script that generates sentences based on words pulled from a .kvtml file. These generated sentences are then copied and pasted into a .kvtml file to be used in Parley as practise.
It is stored here: http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/Pa ... ent=140331 I've tested it and received no errors so far but would have be grateful for more testing and feedback. I will be writing a how-to and how to work this hopefully in the next few days.

Once you have the how to, you may wish to write to the Parley developers, which will be on the KDE Education mailing list (kde-edu@kde.org) as they may be interested in this, or be more able to give advice.

Just to give an update on this. I've moved the project to sourceforge and got core functionality working although more testing is required. The next step is to create a GUI for it and work on documentation. The link for it is here:
