My CSV file is formatted as follows:
I'm trying to import it into Skrooge using the default settings, but it is failing. How can I get this data imported? Should I format it differently? |

I did a modification in Skrooge to be able to import this kind of file without removing $ in amounts.

To get that functionality, what should I do? Is it available in a alpha / beta release or should I grab it from a versioning system?
Sorry, I'm new to the whole Linux environment, so I'm not sure what is customary for small fixes. |

For the moment, the correction is only in git, so this is not easy for you to get it. Anyway, here is the documentation to do it: http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Skrooge My advice is to remove $ from your csv file to be able to import it with default settings. |

On the error panel, if you click on "History", you should have more information. Could you give me this history of errors? |

After pressing "History", this is the output that I get:

This is strange, your version of Skrooge doesn't have csv import plugin. What is your distribution? What is your version of Skrooge? |

Skrooge v0.9.92 (though it says Skrooge 1.0.0 Beta on the splash) |

Could you try the last version from my ppa? Here is the link to know how to install it: http://skrooge.org/ubuntu_installation |
