Hi everybody,

Before issuing a bug report, I wish someone could tell me if I'm wrong (or if the "bug" has already been fixed ! :D) : I have a .kde folder in my home. This one contains only one folder path : .kde/share/apps/skrooge/html/.

(Forewords : Archlinux up-to-date, KDE 4.9, skrooge 1.3.0)

It appears that, nowadays, the good folder to drop this kind is .kde4...and this one has many "application folders" (dolphin, kget, ...) but no skrooge one.

Is this behavior intended ? Or should the folder go to .kde4 ?

Regards,

I can confirm this (also on archlinux)... These are the grantlee templates for the monthly report.

Stephane, we are probably using some hardcoded string here where we should not. I guess that KDE APIs should allow us finding the good directory we should use for grantlee files. Can you have a look ?

Are you sure that this is due to Skrooge 1.3.0 and not an older version?
To be sure, could you remove this .kde directory and reinstall Skrooge?
(I can't do it because on kubuntu, we only have .kde directory, no .kde4)

Hi,

Uninstalling skrooge (1.3.0-2), removing .kde folder then re-installing skrooge (same version) : seems that no more .kde folder got created.

Everything looks fine now. Apologize for issuing an "already fixed" bug ! ;D
