Is there a way to create subaccounts/virtual accounts?

I was wondering if there was a way to create sub-accounts in skrooge?
We have an offset account, and all our main transactions go through this.
In GNUCash/MyMoney I used to create a sub-account and allocate money that we had nominally "paid off" on the house in here, I would then know when we were spending more than we earned for that month as I would have to transfer money back from the "paid off" account.

Is there any such feature in Skrooge? I need to be able to get a ledger with both accounts in it to reconcile with the balance of the real physicial account?

Thanks,
Chris

Sub account doesn't exist in Skrooge but you should have a look in the budget page.

Hi Stefan
I remember that we discussed this story in an email last year

Can you provide explanation or provide a dummy skrooge file on how to use budget..
To me it us very counter intuitive, I can't use it at all and I don't think I am the only one
