Crash when create or open a file

hello,

a newbie with Win XP SP2 + KDE 4.10.2 + Skrooge 1.6.0 needs your help

I can't create or open a file without crash "Executable: skrooge.EXE PID: 3936 Signal: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005)"

Skrooge looks good! very disappointed, help!

no answer for my 1st post ...

I installed Skrooge on another machine with same OS : Win XP SP2
I can create, save and open a file, but Skrooge always crash if I try to import

if there are some Windows user here, I would like some support

I followed these instructions :
http://skrooge.org/windows_installation
so skrooge was installed by KDE

is it correct?

Okay - that appears to be correct. Can you please send an email to kde-windows@kde.org requesting steps on how to debug Windows application crashes.
