I've been using Skrooge for a little while now and I must say it's a very good replacement for my old MS Money. I'm still learning, and every bit I learn helps me get more comfortable with it. Except budgeting: Is it just me or is the budgeting feature pretty much undocumented? At least, I don't see it in this documentation. I've experimented with the features in there and I've found out parts of how it works by pure trial and error. But that only takes me so far:

- I don't know how to work with "rules", what they are meant to do, how to set them up, how to apply them.
- I don't understand the purpose of the "Process" button either, what does it actually do?
- And when I want to adjust a monthly value in the budget, I think I need to select all the affected lines and do a multi-line update on them. It's neither elegant nor self-explanatory, but it's consistent with the usage of the Operations, for instance -- am I doing it wrong or is that the way it's done?
