Hello

I would like to acess the latest version of skrooge to compile on debian.
I cannot check any operation on xubuntu 14.04 alpha, but I think that the bug is on xubuntu side.
Can you please tell me how to access the last version of skrooge (better already built, but sources otherwise)

Thank you

Hello

As always, thank you for your reactivity.
I've tried both beta/non beta version (I hope that "sudo apt-get install -f skrooge=1.8.0-0ubuntu1~ppa3" ensure I am installing the right version), but it works even worse :D

when I launch skrooge, I get :

##WARNING: QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
##WARNING: QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
##DEBUG: skrooge(2429)/kdecore (trader) KServiceTypeTrader::defaultOffers: KServiceTypeTrader: serviceType "SKG GUI/Plugin" not found

Anyway, I don't have too much time to debug this Distro, and will switch to another before wasting your time (and mine) with such..

I will let you know If I find such bugs on a debian/wheezy, which I have found more stable

Best regards

This is not a bug.
You just have to run kbuildsycoca4 first.
