Well, this will probably look trivial, but I'm unable to find a best practice: assuming I have several years of operations, how can I hide older-than operations?
Is it worth migrating operations to another document, and if so, how can I do effectively?
Thanks.

Thanks, that is what I was looking for.
In the meantime I've reduced the size of the operation list using the "show all operation current month" filter.
