I'm not sure if this is possible, but having an account shared among two people, is it possible to keep operations (and therefore dashboard and reports) separated by people? Something like creating a sub-account for each person. Any suggestion?

For each operation you can define a customized property.
You can, for example, add a property named "Who" taking the values "Me" or "Her".
After that, you will be able to produce graph based on this properties.
