Finally completed my half-way transition

At the beginning of this year, I had wanted to transition away from my trusty Quicken software. Then, they forced my hand by deviously and intentionally crippling my old version of the software. Yes, I would have to suffer with manually entering all my operations (to use a common term) manually. No more One Click Update to grab the latest transactions from the bank. On to skrooge!

After spending an hour here, a few hours there, getting confused, having my linux VM act weird and starting over, and finally getting it and spending a majority of today converting, I've got my major accounts ported over and have gotten used to the interface and the way things work (at a basic level) in Skrooge.

With that said, I think I have a couple of suggestions. I tried to search for these topics, but didn't find them with specific searches or general searches.

1. When creating a new operation, there is the "Number" entry. Is it possible for it to auto-populate the next check number given the currently selected account and the previously entered check number?

2.The "New" and "Open" buttons are very prominent. At first, I thought the New referred to entering a New operation or a New Account. But it means to open a New file. This would be nice, but I only plan to have a single file for as long as I can. I'm not sure if this normal, but these to functions would be better relegated to the File menu (which they are, of course). However, I would like to have the Import functions in that location. I saw that I could right click and Configure Toolbars, but I did not see the import functions listed in the Available actions frame. ...
Oh, wait, I found it. I have to use that dropdown to select a "Main Toolbar <skrooge_importexport>

3. Speaking of importing. As mentioned before, Quicken has its one-click update for all connected accounts. I'm thinking that's what the "Import with backends" is supposed to do? I will be checking that out. Hmm... weboob. I guess it's more reading and determining my trust level with that group. :)

4. ! How could I forget this one. Add an option when right-clicking on a tab to save it as a bookmark.

Overall, I'm pleased with it. I've had some frustrations. Realizing that I will be living in a right-click world for nearly everything is key (right-click to save a tab, right click to create a bookmark... but only from the bookmark side panel, etc). Once I figured out the reporting, I was happy.

Now, I just need to finish importing my other accounts and I can then work on a figuring out my budget (which was always a little quirky in Quicken. ... Or maybe I wasn't doing something right. hehe.)
