Validation and importation

Mon Mar 23, 2015 4:39 pm
Hello,

How to set imported operation to not imported ?
Is validation function related only to imported function ?

In tools menu, there is a entry (translate frm french) 'validate operation that do not have future action' ?
What is a future action ?

I don't understand the question.
If you don't want an imported operation, you can delete it.

Yes, validation allows to found imported operations and to accept them or not.

If fact, this action will validate all imported operations not yet validated.
I think I will change the title of the action ;) .

Hello,

I have imported lot of operations because I have imported my msoft money file (with a good rate of succes, just some pb on shares).
So I trying to set these 'ms money' operations not imported in database (not very important in fact).
Is there a way to modify database directly ?

I also trying to use validation for an other purpose:
* enter some operations manually (that could have several dates),
* do a reconcilation including these operations,
and if ok, validate them
if not filter/sort these operation to see if problem is due to them.

Yes, there is a way.
If you activate the debug mode by doing this:
export SKGTRACEPERFO=1
skrooge

Then, you will have an additional page where you can execute all SQL order you want.
TAKE CARE!
