Hi,
I saw that Skrooge will offer breeze and breeze-dark icons. I'm one of the icon designer and we offer in the breeze icon set also app specific icons so skrooge don't have to manage the icon theme. for example if you would like to support oxygen in kf5 and the user want to use breeze-dark it is no problem, because in the breeze-dark icon theme the icons from skrooge would be included. why because otherwise it would be very difficult to offer an light and dark icon theme for all apps. I would suggest to work together http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=breeze.git so the user can switch between breeze, breeze-dark and maybe oxygen (when you have the oxygen icons in your repository). |

Thanks for this proposal Andreas So, to make sure I understand, we need to commit our icons in the repository you linked above, right ?
As a side note, most of the icons we created for Skrooge could definitely use some love by someone with better graphics skills, so when we have committed them, and if someone from the VDG has some spare time, feel free to refresh them !

yes that's the way. open an issue at https://github.com/NitruxSA/plasma-next-icons/issues and the VDG will work for you (when we have time).
the skrooge icons are separted into different folders in the source code or? please leave a list or a zip file with all app specific skrooge icons. that would help a lot. when we make the icons you can remove all the breeze and breeze-dark folders because kde will make the theme. But kde and the breeze icon set has guidelines (HIG's) so please make your sidebar according the HIG's https://github.com/NitruxSA/plasma-next ... -in-Breeze it's the same than the kde HIG. |

Hi Andreas,
Sorry for the delay on answering. I will send you by email a link to an archive containing all skrooge icons. I suppose the next step will be to place them in the accurate folder, and then to commit. Should I do this in a specific branch ? Thanks,
