I'm on Ubuntu 14.04 / KDE 4.13.3 / 1.12.5
Never had issue with Skrooge in the past years, but since I'm back from vacation, if I try to enter the section "Account" (Comptes), the section appears, but the mouse pointer keeps turning and the section is unavailable for 4+ minutes !... The software if totally blocked during that time. When I finally get access, any click within the account section, generates the issue again, and another waiting time ! All other sections are working fine, with quick response times !... only the account section is that slow.. I'm usually accepting the proposed Unix upgrades when they arrive.. so could be be a change there in the last weeks... though can't determine since when I have the issue.. could be a couple of months. All ideas on what to do to drill down to possible causes are welcome. |

Hi,
Do you have the same kind of performance issue with an anonymized document (see Tools/Anonymize)? If YES, could you send me this anonymized document by email ? (You can find my email in the about of Skrooge. My name is Stephane MANKOWSKI) Regards. |

Hi,
Thank to your anonymized document I found the reason of bad performances. This is due to an operation with an empty date. So, you have to: 1-Open "Operation" page 2-Display all operations of all accounts 3-Sort by date => you should have the operation with empty date at the top of the table 4-Update the operation to set the right date 5-Open "Account" page => You should have good performances On my side, I will do a correction on the last version of Skrooge to avoid bad performances in this case.
