Hi, Another user here. I have just installed debian 8.2 jessie, I installed all prerequisites listed in README file, I am able to lunch skrooge in version 1.12.5, however If I want to choose from menu: File -> Open file, I cannot do that, simply because of the fact that I have no options like that. There is only File -> Quit, nothing else. Could you please to write me how to resove this issue? |

Skrooge uses plugins.
They must be detected by the system. This is why you must launch kbuildsycoca4 first. |

I executed this command in konsole both as normal user and root. This is what I got as an output:
It didn't help, still I can only choose File -> Quit from skrooge 1.12.5 menu. I cannot find any relevant information from the output message. Edit: Ok, I managed it. It turned out that I did mistake during configuration process before compilation: in README file, on example section for ubuntu, it's clearly states:
I don't know why I configured cmake in following way:
so ... I complicated my life because of the fact that I wanted to be "wiser" then an author I configured cmake once again, compiled the code and now skrooge works as always |
