Hi,

I'm not sure to understand the request.
If you want to display "number of operations" in reports instead of "amounts of operations", you can do like this:

If you want to display the "Number" of operation (ex: number of the check), this is not possible.
Do you really need that?

i try to explain:

first column: category
second column: number total of operation
from third to end: months

category - total operation of category - jen - feb - march - april - etc etc etc
car - 34 - $13 - $10 - $4 ..........
food - 432 - $23 - $54 - $25 ..........
this, is it possible?

No,

I can do that (amount by category):
category / jan - feb - march - april - etc etc etc
car - $13 - $10 - $4 ..........
food - $23 - $54 - $25 ..........

or that (nb operations / category);
category / jan - feb - march - april - etc etc etc
car - 1- 3- 2 ..........
food - 3 - 7 - 8 ..........
