So I have been trying to update Skrooge on my Ubuntu system (Virtualbox VM). So I tried to follow the instructions which was to add the repo location. But that gave me problems because the path no longer exists for 14.04 for Skrooge. No matter, upgrading to 16.06 shouldn't be a problem. (Only slightly).

After getting my system to Ubuntu 16.06, I re-added the repo, performed an update, then upgrade. But Skrooge does not update to 2.4. So, I then tried to do an install, but I am informed that it has already been installed. What else do I need to do?
