Problems importing QFX files from browser under Gnome

I've been using Skrooge under Gnome on Fedora for a while without any problems. One of the features that I've come to rely on is importing QFX files directly from Firefox. While I have Skrooge running, I click on a link to a QFX file on my bank's website in my browser. Firefox prompts me for an action to take. I choose to open it with Skrooge. And then the new transactions from the QFX file appear in the running instance of Skrooge. Works great!

I recently upgraded from Fedora 23 to Fedora 24 and now this workflow is no longer working. Firefox still prompts me for an action, but when I choose to open it with Skrooge, nothing happens. I then have to use the 'File -> Import...' menu to browse for the file and import it manually.

This seems like a bug to me, but I'm not sure whether it is in Skrooge or Fedora. Has anybody else run into this? The update to Fedora 24 left me with Skrooge 2.2.0. Can anybody confirm that this workflow is working on other distributions with 2.2.0?

If I understand all of the mimetype plumbing correctly, the browser is running the 'Exec' command from /user/share/applications/org.kde.skrooge.desktop, which reads 'skrooge %F'. When I try to run 'skrooge my-downloaded.qfx.' directly in a terminal, no transactions are imported from the file.

Hi,

This is a regression due to the porting on Qt5.
You should have it since Skrooge 2.0.0.
I did a correction (http://commits.kde.org/skrooge/e662f6f7 ... a1721ab770).
This correction will be available in Skrooge 2.5.0.
