Filter with amount

Sun Sep 18, 2016 2:39 pm
Hello,

Not a bug just a though.

I try to find a expense and enter a filter d=77 (d for dépense).
Nothing !
I try with d:77 and found the operation !

After few seconds, I understand that I should filter with d=-77 with negative sign :<

As expense are always negative (and revenues positive), I wondering if it should be useful/understandable/preferable... to filter on absolute value for these fields.
(in similar way, in edit tab, sign is automatically added when operation edition is finished and sign not entered)

a+

Hi Vicnet,

The filter component is a generic component.
It doesn't what is a "Dépense".
In the column, the value is "-70", so this is normal to do the filter with Dépense=-70.

I don't plan to change this.

Just a remark, "d=-70" will execute "Date=-70 or Dépense=-70" !
