Try this:
sudo apt-get remove skrooge sudo apt-get remove skrooge-kf5 Edit the sources and remove all ppa relative to skrooge. Then: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:s-mankowski/ppa-kf5 sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install skrooge-kf5 |

From you software manager (Discovery or something else), you should be able to edit the sources.
From a console run: sudo software-properties-kde or sudo software-properties-gtk Then remove all source relative to skrooge (or smankowski). |
