Hello, I have two questions:

1. Do you define Paypal as bank or as a wallet?
2. Is there a way to import paypal movements?
3. When I transfer money from Paypal to a Bank, it takes a few days. How can I register the transfer and take into account this time delay? Do I need an extra wallet "under transfer to XXX bank" ?

Both are possible

You can do it with weboob and "Import with backend".

You just have to create a transfer and modify the date of only one side of the transfer.
