Hello,
I am using Skrooge 2.11.0 with Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
I tried to import a Money file (.mny) and got the following error messages:
[ERR-5]: L'importation du fichier « file:///home/laurent/Documents/backup/Nouvelle version de Money depuis 2003.mny » a échoué
[ERR-4]: L'application Java n'est pas installée. Vous devez l'installer manuellement.

Do you have a solution ?
Thanks

As you can see in error message: "L'application Java n'est pas installée. Vous devez l'installer manuellement."
So, you must install java.
You just have to do:
sudo apt install default-jdk
