Search and Process fails

Hi,

The update rules I had for ages recently started to fail with the error:

[ERR-5]: Process execution failed
[ERR-5]: Rule 3 failed
[ERR-10019]: UNIQUE constraint failed: category.t_name, category.rd_category_id Unable to fetch row
[ERR-10019]: UPDATE category SET rd_category_id=0 WHERE rd_category_id IS NULL OR rd_category_id=''

I'm on Skrooge 2.18.0

Any ideas what may be going on?

Hi Stephane,

Sent you an email with the screenshot. BTW, I used 10th rule instead of 3rd one as an example because it gives the same error while being less sensitive to share.

Could you check in "Category" page if you have some categories duplicated (Same name + same parent)?
If yes, could you remove that and try again the "Search & Process" ?

Hi,

Thanks, I managed to find 2 different categories with identical names (not sure how I ended up in this situation, I didn't even have any operations in either category). After removing them ,"Search and Process" started working again.
